Sustainable restoration, aimed at conserving the real estate heritage, by adapting spaces to modern needs. The main considerations in the project include: Steel Load-Bearing Structure: The use of a steel load-bearing structure provides lightness, design flexibility, construction speed, and compliance with anti-seismic regulations. Thermal and Acoustic Insulation: Effective insulation of walls, roof, and floors will enhance thermal and acoustic performance, reducing heat loss, energy consumption, and ensuring comfort. Energy Efficiency: High-efficiency technologies and materials will be adopted, including windows with low-emissivity glass and efficient heating/cooling systems. Solar energy will be harnessed through the installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. Thermal Bridge Control: Special attention will be given to thermal bridge control to minimize heat losses. Green Area Revitalization: The creation of an accessible public park for the local community might be considered to enhance the area's aesthetics and residents' well-being.
